Kraft Roofing and Construction is a family-owned and operated business. We started as Keiser Real Estate in 2010, buying, restoring, and selling investment properties. Over the years, we have grown into a team with the best contractors and sub-contractors in the area. Whether we are replacing the roof on a 5000-square foot house or restoring a 100-year-old home down in the Heights, we approach every project with the same personalized, professional care.
Nathan is a third-generation contractor, and his team has over 100 years of combined experience in the construction industry. While all members of the Kraft team have different backgrounds, passions, and skills, they all agree on one simple fact: Do a job the right way every time or don’t do it all.
With our background rooted in home remodeling and building, Kraft understands the vital role a roofing system takes on. Over the years, we have found the industry was needing more quality roofers. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation does NOT currently administer licensure for roofing contractors. Simply put, this means anyone can call themselves a roofer in Texas. They are not required to be knowledgeable, insured, licensed, or even registered with the state. Roofing is a highly skilled trade and the roof is structurally the most important component protecting the contents and integrity of a home or business!
Texas residents deserve a higher standard. The RCAT Licensed Roofing Contractor program was developed to increase consumer protection and secure public confidence in the roofing industry. HAAG Engineering Certified Residential Inspector
Kraft is a licensed HAAG Engineering Certified Residential Inspector. This means that we are fully trained and qualified to inspect homes for quality and damage. Working with an HAAG-certified team will ensure that you get the right care after there is damage to your home. In a state with turbulent weather (like Texas) this means a lot. As a requirement, Kraft holds the proper hazard and workman’s comp insurances above the industry standard. Being GAF Certified also allows Kraft the opportunity to offer industry leading roof system warranties to our customers.
